CHARACTERS(ages are suggested, but all things are relative!)

Susy Hendrix (mid 20's to mid 30's) Only recently blinded by an auto accident, she is independent and feisty, not at all the 'victim' type. She is very much in love with her husband.
Harry Roat Jr. (30 to 45) He is a cruel and cold-blooded killer. He probably enjoys the way he mistreats other people.
Mike Talman (20 to 60) He is a petty thief and con-man who has just gotten out of jail. He has worked with Carlino before. He has the street-smarts of most thieves but like every con man, he also can be conned.
Sgt. Carlino (20 to 60) His most frequent con is as a police sergeant, hence his nickname. His background is much like that of Talman, not your choice for a leader.
Sam Hendrix (age appropriate to Susy) Sam is a self-employed photographer, very much in love with his wife.
Gloria (age 9) An upstairs neighbor who initially does not especially like Susy.
